TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO (o bien LEGALES)

Los Términos y Condiciones que se describen a continuación tienen por objeto regular el uso que realicen las personas que ingresen a www.lacapitalmdp.com, propiedad de EDITORIAL LA CAPITAL S.A., con domicilio en Avenida Champagnat 2551, de la ciudad de Mar del Plata de la provincia de Buenos Aires.

Toda persona que haga uso de los Servicios brindados por LA CAPITAL se encuadrará de manera automática e indefectible dentro del carácter de Usuario, debiendo consecuentemente asumir todas las responsabilidades que dicho carácter impone.

OBJETO

La puesta en funcionamiento de LA CAPITAL tiene por objeto proveerle a los Usuarios información y servicios relacionados con la actividad cultural, turística, social, económica y política de la ciudad de Mar del Plata, de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, de la República Argentina y del Mundo.

CONDICIONES DE USO

Gratuidad del Acceso

El acceso a la información brindada por LA CAPITAL es gratuito.

Uso Aceptable

El Usuario deberá utilizar todos los elementos y medios puestos a su disposición en LA CAPITAL en un todo de acuerdo con las leyes, reglamentaciones y disposiciones gubernamentales vigentes y aplicables, así como con los presentes Términos y Condiciones de Uso, los instructivos y demás avisos que se publiquen y que tengan como finalidad brindarle al Usuario orientación sobre la manera de proceder y utilizar los Servicios y/o productos aquí ofrecidos y/o promocionados.

Obtención de Información

El Usuario no está facultado para utilizar Contenido alguno de los Sitios, sino por medio del contrato referido en los puntos del presente, y será responsable por las violaciones de derechos de terceros, de LA CAPITAL y estará obligado a indemnizar a los damnificados por los daños y perjuicios que las mencionadas violaciones produjeren.

Implementación de Links

El Usuario podrá implementar Links entre su página en Internet y los Sitios, con el fin de informar a otras personas de los servicios brindados en LA CAPITAL.
La presente autorización regirá siempre y cuando: a) se establezca un Link de texto o se utilicen imágenes provistas al efecto por LA CAPITAL y que el mencionado Link esté dirigido única y exclusivamente a la página de inicio del sitio www.lacapitalnet.com.ar ; y b) no se reproduzcan en forma alguna los Contenidos.

La presente autorización a implementar un Link entre una página en Internet y LA CAPITAL no constituye, significa, crea ni importa ningún tipo de sociedad, asociación o cualquier otro tipo de vínculo o relación comercial entre el propietario de la página en Internet en la que se implemente el mencionado Link y LA CAPITAL.

GARANTÍAS Y LICENCIAS

Continuidad y Disponibilidad de los Servicios

LA CAPITAL no garantiza en forma alguna la disponibilidad permanente ni el irrestricto acceso del Usuario a su sitio ni a los Servicios allí ofrecidos, así como tampoco garantiza que su uso sea necesario, útil y/o beneficioso para desarrollar actividad alguna. LA CAPITAL tomará todas las medidas necesarias para permitir el correcto funcionamiento, acceso y utilización del sitio y sus Servicios.

Licencia

LA CAPITAL le confiere al Usuario una licencia gratuita de uso de los Contenidos y Servicios difundidos en su sitio a los únicos fines del uso y disfrute de los Contenidos y Servicios, siempre y cuando el Usuario respete los presentes Términos y Condiciones de Uso y por el plazo que LA CAPITAL le estimen necesario.
